• Identification of 7 problematic stations and channelling resources to these 7 stations resulted in a reduction of crime for the Province

• Deployment a senior officers after hours at Clusters to oversee the service delivery at stations (Rank of Colonel, Brigadier or Major General at bigger Clusters and minimum of a Captain at smaller Clusters, eg. Balfour and Belfast)

• Establishment of TRIO-crime Task Teams in problematic Clusters (Tonga, Acornhoek, Pienaar, Witbank and Nelspruit)

• Bi-weekly visits to Clusters that are not doing well to physically meet with that Station Management

• Availability of vehicles because of the 2010 Soccer World Cup created high visibility

• Re-introduction of Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Units (FCS) in the 15 clusters

• 50 Women identified and incorporated in the Female Detective Development Programme with the curriculum to address their weaknesses
