Adzem says that most yachting connoisseurs are willing to pay a premium to keep their yacht close by. “If a client is willing to pay the right price, it is not too diffi cult to fi nd a mega-home with suffi cient dockage for a mega-yacht,” she says. “Th e caliber of a buyer’s budget is a critical parameter in this scenario.”
