The Master Plan for the Cornell Tech Campus combines six key principles, including: a river-to-river experience, a
North-South pedestrian spine, a diverse collection of open spaces, optimization of build ing use and performance,
and a livable sustainable campus.
Industrial manufacturing facilities on site are infinitely flexible and customizable as required. These pods cater not only to large corporations, but also to small-er start up businesses. The diversity
amongst users provided by these pods allows for greater collaboration amongst
the biomedical cluster.
