Convenient Community Living

The City of Phoenix Housing Department offers a public housing program for seniors age 62 and up and for disabled persons in many apartment complexes in Phoenix.

WHAT IS THE SENIOR AND DISABLED HOUSING PROGRAM?

QUALIFICATIONS:The City of Phoenix Senior and Disabled Housing Program serves residents over 62 years of age or disabled (contact individual properties for preferences). Applicants must meet income and occupancy guidelines, and pass a criminal, credit and landlord background check. Rent is limited to affordable rates.

Applications are accepted without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin or handicap. All applicants must pass a credit, landlord and criminal background check and meet specific income guidelines.
