Construction is underway. Fillmore Apartments – 65% completed; delayed, developer securing additional financing

needed to address unforeseen cost increases; adjusted completion date is between February and May 2022.

Development team working with BURA and Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) to secure needed support for the

completion.
