You are required to communicate your offer of acceptance in time, failing which, your offer of admission stands

cancelled and the offer will be given to the next candidate in the waiting list.

Admission is subjected to the following.

1. He/she should have passed the entry qualification examination.

2. He/she shall produce the original/provisional qualifying certificate at the time of admission. Candidate,

whose result is awaited, shall not be considered for admission.

3. Fulfilment of qualification and other eligibility are based on the verification of original certificates/

testimonials.

4. Medical Fitness Certificate should be produced at the time of admission in the prescribed format from a

medical practitioner not below the rank of Civil Asst. Surgeon from any Government hospital.

Physically challenged candidates should submit appropriate Medical certificate for their claim.

At the time of admission, the following documents have to be produced in ORIGINAL.

1. All the Original mark sheets of entry qualification.

2. Passing / Provisional / Degree Certificate.

3. Proof of Age.

4. Transfer Certificate.

5. SC/ST Certificate (if applicable).

6. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate (if applicable).

7. Current parental Annual Income Certificate as per the conditions stipulated (copy enclosed).

8. Three stamp – size photographs.

9. Undertaking duly signed by him/her and Parent in the enclosed form.

10. Appropriate certificate for Physically Challenged Candidates as a proof for claim.

The candidate should be in a position to pay all the required fees and deposits on the date of joining.

Limited hostel accommodation is available at all centres. Allotment of hostel accommodation is on need

basis and availability.

No request for change of centre will be entertained.
