Dedicated vehicle What is a dedicated vehicle?

• The vehicle only responds in one area and is dedicated to the Reyno Ridge/Ben Fleur Sector 3 area.

• The client talks to the dedicated Response Officer and he informs the control room that he is responding to the said premises, the response time is much quicker.

• The Chubb client is first priority and the vehicle will serve any person in the Reyno Ridge/Ben Fleur community.

• The dedicated vehicle works closely with the CPF members in the area.

• The vehicle is patrolling 24/7 in the dedicated area, visibility fights crime.

Chubb will inform the other company to assist and only on there arrival we will be able to assist you, this is for safety reasons.

• In live threatening situations the Response Officer will use his own discretion and based on the training received what to do!

• When an situation occurs which gets out of hand the Dedicated vehicle will have immediate backup from other Chubb vehicles in the vicinity & the S.A.P.S will be informed.

• No Chubb employee is a Bouncer, Domestic violence is a S.A.P.S matter.
