Case 1: Normal Overtime Overtime on Normal working day/festival/holidayPlease follow the instructions as below:

If employee works overtime across the day, and that OT should belong to previous day, then the vesting date should put the date before!For example: Andrew works overtime from 22:00pm until 04:00am (23/4/2015 until 24/4/2015), then the vesting date should put on 23/4/2015, because this overtime is belong to previous day.

Please select the kind of OT!

Mention: For example: 1. Andrew works from 08:00 until 17:00.Then I have to work OT start from 06:00 until 08:00, then I have to select Before working hour. 2. What if I have to work OT start from 17:00 until 20:00, then I have to select After working hour. 3. Last, if Andrew have to work on the meal time, then please select After working hour.

Case 2: Rest Day Overtime (X shift)Please follow the instructions as below:

Fill in the actual OT start time and end time.

In cases, there are two rules to set up: 1.Employee who works for Normal Shift (N), and he/she works through the meal time, then you should fill 60 MINS to deduct meal time. (MENTION: DO NOT TICK THE CHECKBOX OF DEDUCT MEAL TIME)2.Employee who works for other shifts and do not deduct the meal time, just leave the field ( Deduct meal time) Blank. Because those employee don’t deduct the meal time on rest shift!
