Methods to protect and prevent children from being molested or raped:
Method One:
•Stay informed •Be aware of the surroundings at all times: 1) Watch the news 2)Contact the local authorities if you have concerns or questions

Method Two For Parents:Teach children about their “private zones.”
Be approachable about the subject, do not push kids away when they ask questions
Make sure older teenagers know the rules are crystal clear and explain about the age of consent for your state

•Start programs that can teach children about perps
•Teach what a sexual touch is and why it is not right. Most schools that have these sort of programs take into account the children's age and cultural background.
