General information: All members & family of the tour are included in all our events everyday. During our training we have arrange a list of local tours that can be completed on foot or a small fee for transport. There are Museum’s, the mountain temple and 10,000 steps for the eager, the waterways with tea houses and we can provide local information directly Hotel: To Be confirmed but it will be in the area we are always located so most of you are familiar. I have special requests already for family and wheel chair access. Hotel will be confirmed by May 10th and all advised and will include Wi-Fi access- you will need local apps as most external apps are blocked. Airport Pick up from Guangzhou Bai Yun airport will be arranged by a local Xin Hui company all day on the 17th and for some of you arriving early on the 18th. The cost is not included and will be around 15 usd per passenger for a 1hour car or mini bus trip. The transport is exclusive for CLF tour members. There is no airport drop off on the 25th. Visa: The invitation letter will be sent out from the Xin Hui ancestral school by May 10th. Please ensure you have supplied your passport number, country and full name as per passport page for this to be facilitated. Kung Fu Equipment: The 25th has been arranged for a visit to the local martial arts and Lion dance shop and they are prepared for us. I will arrange a selection of weapons, Flags and lion and Dragon equipment be also for sale at our hotel in Xin Hui during the seminar as well. Guide: A local English speaking guide will be on hand all days at the hotel to handle any problems and their will be additional local English students that can also be hired to show you around the city for $30usd a day.
