The title phospholipids (III) are prepared by esterification of phospholipids (II) containing terminal carboxy groups with intermediary formed o-nitroaryldiazoalkanes. It is shown that liposomes of phospholipids (III) containing calcein undergo photoinduced release of the entrapped fluorescence by calcein.
