48 - 254Syntheses of Phospholipids Containing 2-Nitrobenzyl Ester Moietiesat the Terminals of Alkyl Chains and Properties of PhotodegradableLiposomes from the Lipids. — The title phospholipids (III) are preparedby esterification of phospholipids (II) containing terminal carboxy groups withintermediary formed o-nitroaryldiazoalkanes. It is shown that liposomes ofphospholipids (III) containing calcein undergo photoinduced release of theentrapped fluorescence by calcein. The best results are obtained for the1-methylbenzyl esters (IIIb) and (IIId). — (YAMAGUCHI, K.; TSUDA,Y.; SHIMAKAGE, T.; KUSUMI, A.; Bull. Chem. Soc. Jpn. 71 (1998) 8,1923-1929; Dep. Mater.
