1:00p-2:00p- Athlete Ticket pick up- Hotel lobby at Caribbean Beach Resort 1114 Cayman Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Friday May 3, 2019 9:30a- All teams meet at ESPN Wide World of Sports meeting location near the globe at front entrance *Make sure to have magic bands10:00a- All teams practice on center field (outside of Visa and HP Field House) *Make sure to be in full summit practice clothes including cover up and bow11:30a- Departure from ESPN

4:30p- Group 1- Arrive at lobby of Disney’s Beach Club Resort 1800 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 *What to wear: White (Dress, top, romper, etc.) can be formal *If you want to wear nice shoes bring a second pair to walk around in *Make sure to have magic band *Bring small amount of cash if you would like to purchase ice cream

11:00a- Meet for announcement of standings at Baseball Stadium following Majesty performance *Exact location TBD 11:15a- Announcement of standings (top half of teams advance to finals)
