An entry route into the non-profit sector for graduates

An opportunity to build experience and networks across the sector

How it works


THE PROGRAMME INVOLVES:

12 month paid placement within a charity or housing association

Professional development programme

Three research assignments

Mentoring and buddying

FROM 2015 WE WILL:

Employ 150 graduate trainees

Offer placements across the country

WE REQUIRE:2:1 degree, either attained or predicted, or a Masters degree

My Tips:• Practice practice practice!• Go over your application with a careers advisor

and others – more eyes/ views on it the better• Don’t undervalue your own charity/volunteer

experience. Be proud of what you’ve done and be prepared to talk about it.

• Be specific about your preferences when it comes to stating them at the final stage.
