• Specialized Repair Facilities– Chain shops that specialize in areas such as
tires, batteries, mufflers, brakes, etc.

Estimates and Repair Orders
• Estimates – Ask for an estimate and get it in writing– Request to see your parts when you pick up
your vehicle
• Repair Orders– Also known as a repair ticket, invoice, or work
order– Be sure your odometer reading, VIN, and
warranty information is on the repair order
