Definition of Change Management
Any change will have an impact on the existing process / system / structure/ behaviour. In all these human beings are affected. Therefore…….
Change management is the process during which the changes to process / system / structure / behaviour are implemented in a controlled manner by following a pre-defined framework/model
Why Change?
• Change is constant
• You cannot grow without change
• It helps eliminate dead woods
When Change gets triggered
• Change due to change in organisation ownership
• Change due to change in environment
• Change due to change in leadership
• Change due to change in team member
• Shock
• Denial
• Anger
• Bargaining
• Depression
• Acceptance
Reaction to Change
The Game – Star Wars
• You will be given chart paper, colour pencils, sketch pens, scissors, eraser etc
• With these resources you will have to make equilateral triangles with dimension 10 cms
• Each triangle should coloured with 3 colours
• With the triangles you will have to make 10 stars
