According to the C.F.O of the company, planning behave as a oxygen. Without which you cant even imagine to get success. Without planning we can do work, but we cant assure our self of getting success Following these thoughts, He showed us the regular time tables and schedules. Surprising thing was, he even had the time table of coming 8 months in his hand. this shows the importance of planning for that company

Planning..

Page 11: Basic Managment

After proper organizing and planning, here it comes the work of a leader to step forward and carry those plans on. C.F.O (who himself is a leader) said, “ I do every thing but I do nothing’ leading doesn’t mean that a leader is working all day. Its about to take care of his employees working under him, keep guiding them and help them in the time of need… He said that Leadership is the uncompromising post. One who think himself a leader, must behave like a leader.

Leading..

Page 12: Basic Managment

Leading is the just the name of controlling. One who is leading a company, a specific field or a department, should know how to control situation. And in return he tell everyone (employers) how to deal with problems and how to overcome a problem by controlling it Every employer of a company is efficient enough that the risk factors are approximately negligible for them

An interview; covering theory x and y

Page 14: Basic Managment

They said that theory X ad theory y both are important to run a company. He said that the excess to every thing is wrong. They use theory Y with the Marketing, accounts, engineering, and printing department. But they are forced to use theory X with production department. Production department includes employers who are illiterate masons. So they use theory X to keep them working with responsibility.
