Championing Knowledge Management
When the new KM Champion walks into the 1st Knowledge Champion Meeting…they can’t help but wonder
What am I doing here?
The newly appointed Knowledge Champion
Let's hope by the end of this session, the question is somewhat answered
(and we assume that you already know what is Knowledge Management and what makes it work)
What makes you different?
The bell curve depicts the typical adopters of any new technology, practice or concept
2.5 % of the people are Innovators The next 13.5% are the Early Adopters
These are the people who are more risk taking more enthusiastic key opinion leaders inquisitive lead by example
The next 34% are Early Majority and 34% are Late Majority who follow the Early Adopters
And the last 16% are Laggards who basically follow since there is no other choice left but to follow
The Knowledge Champions are seen as the Early Adopters.
