QUECHEE GORGE VISITOR CENTER

The HACC staffs the visitor center located on Rte. 4 between Quechee State Park and Quechee Gorge, approximately 8 miles from Woodstock, VT and 2 miles from the intersection of I-89 and Rte. 4.

The Visitor Center is open 7 days a week 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Every year on Father’s Day weekend, the skies over Quechee in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire are filled with hot air balloons ushering in our annual Quechee Hot Air Balloon, Craft & Music Festival. This event welcomes visitors from all over New England and beyond.

The festival runs from Friday late afternoon through Sunday evening. Sponsored by HACC, it is one of the longest running hot air balloon festivals in New England and continues to focus on family entertainment and fun.
