MENUSAs the exclusive caterer of the Wells Fargo Center, Aramark is committed to the highest standards of quality and service. Our menu offers a comprehensive selection of innovative culinary creations. All foodis prepared and delivered fresh to your suite from our Wells Fargo Center kitchen. In addition to our selections, we would be glad to customize a menu for any occasion you are planning to celebrate. Pleasecontact our Suite Catering department and a representative will be happy to plan a menu especially for your special occasion. We will also assist with personalized dining requirements such as dietary orreligious restrictions.

ADVANCED ORDERS CAN BE PLACED IN THREE EASY WAYS

1. ONLINE www.suitecatering.com/wellsfargocenterThe online suite catering system is available to suite holders who have set up an account and completed the required suite holder forms. Each account will be set up with a User ID and password. It is designed to allow account users to place orders, print or view customer summaries, and track order history. We encourage you to appoint one person to place all food and beverage orders to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication. To access online ordering an account must first be established by contacting the suite catering office. For new users or any questions regarding your online account, please call Linda Scibilia at 215.952.7046 to obtain a User ID and password.

Advanced day ordering provides you with the opportunity to order from a menu that features much more variety than our standard event day menu. Additionally, by placing orders in advance, our staff hasmore opportunity to accommodate any special requests.

EVENT DAY ORDERINGA separate menu is provided in your suite for your review. Orders may be placed with your suite attendant or by contacting the suite catering office at extension 5251. Event day ordering is provided as a convenienceto you and your guests, however, it is meant to supplement your advance order not replace it. Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated. Please allow 45 minutes for the delivery of event day orders.

Suite Policies and ProceduresCANCELLATION POLICYShould you need to cancel your food and beverage order, please contact the suite catering office at 215.952.5251, with your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the event. No charges will beincurred if you follow this procedure. Suite orders cancelled after the 24-hour minimum will be assessed 50% of invoice on food and beverage and 100% of the attendant invoice.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGEAn administrative charge equal to twenty percent (20%) of the food and beverage order items shall apply to each order. No portion of this administrative charge is distributed to employees as a tip, gratuity,or service charge; however, a portion of the total suite food and beverage charges are paid to certain service staff as additional wages.

TAXESFood and beverage are subject to all current and applicable local and state sales tax.

PERSONALIZED SERVICESDuring events, a suite attendant will be assigned to deliver your food and beverages orders, take additional orders, and periodically assist in maintaining your suite. Should you desire a dedicated suiteattendant to remain exclusively in your suite for an event, please contact the suite catering office at 215.952.5251 and allow 48 hours advance notice to ensure your request can be accommodated. The costfor a private suite attendant is $75 per event.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESAramark Corporation, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sales and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Therefore, in compliance with state law, all beer, liquor, and wine must be supplied by Aramark. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or out of the Wells Fargo Center. PennsylvaniaState law prohibits the consumption of any alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21. It is the responsibility of the suite holder to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholicbeverages in their suite.

Aramark reserves the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons who appear to be intoxicated. Each suite will have private, locked liquor cabinets. Upon request, our suite cateringstaff will stock the cabinets with the quantity and selection of liquors chosen by the suite owner (the “par stock”). As the stock is depleted our staff will replenish to the agreed upon “par stock” level and aninvoice will be provided for your records when you arrive for the next event. Should you prefer to order alcoholic beverages on an individual event basis and not establish a “par stock” for your suite, pleasenotify the suite catering office and the appropriate arrangements will be made. For suites without a par-restocking agreement, Aramark reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dispose of any unconsumedor unopened food and beverages at the end of each event and to restock certain items for subsequent events and credit will not be given for such items. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises.
