That the Defendant, Cedric Williams, is charged

3 cts of Armed Robbery.

jurisdiction

over the subject matter and parties herein.

3. That on or about September 16, 2010, the Jackson Police Department arrested and

charged the Defendant wi th 3 cts Armed Robbery.

that the Defendant is a

that he would fail to appear before this Court as required.

5. That the Defendant has immediate family members in the community to support

and assist his appearances in court.
