玻璃加工工具是中鋼洛耐院開發的系列產品之一。主要用於玻璃深加工行業（包括光學玻璃、太陽

能玻璃等）的磨削、拋光、鑽孔、開槽、切割加工。獨特的工藝使工具效率高、壽命長，加工更精

細、平穩，加工面更為平滑。

Processing tools for glass are one of the series products developed by Sinosteel LIRR. They are mainly

used in glass further processing (including optical glass and solar energy glass) such as grinding,

polishing, drilling, fluting, and cutting. The unique technology makes the tools have high efficiency, long

service life, more delicate and stable processing, and smoother surface.

直線磨邊機、雙端磨邊機金剛石磨輪

又稱杯型輪或直邊輪、雙邊輪，主要針對玻璃直線直邊磨邊機及雙端磨邊機設計。用於對玻璃直邊

的粗磨、細磨、精磨及倒角磨削。有金屬結合劑磨輪、樹脂結合劑磨輪兩大類型，金屬結合劑磨輪

用於玻璃的粗磨、細磨工序，樹脂結合劑磨輪用於玻璃的細磨、精磨工序。

針對、磨削過程中排宵及冷卻工況的不同，設計有連續型、通齒型、半齒型等不同齒型結構。確保

磨輪良好的鋒利度和較低的磨邊粗糙度。

They are also called cup wheel, single edge wheel and double edges wheel, and are mainly designed for

glass straight line & edge grinding machine and double ends squaring machine. They are classified into

metal bonded wheels and resin bonded wheels. The metal bonded grinding wheels are used to coarse

grind and fine grind the glass; while the resin bonded abrasion wheels are used to fine grind and accurate

grind of the glass.

For the different conditions of splinter removing and cooling during grinding, different teeth types such as

continuous type, through teeth type, semi-teeth type, are designed to ensure the sharpness of the grinding

wheel and the low toughness of the grinded edge.

針對設備、磨削過程中排宵及冷卻工況的不同，設計有杯型、碗型結構及連續型、通齒型、半齒型

等不同齒型。確保磨輪良好的鋒利度和較低的磨邊粗糙度。

It is designed for glass straight line bevel machine and glass complicated bevel machine. It is used for

rough grinding, fine grinding, and accurate grinding to glass beveled edge. It is divided into metal binder

grinding wheel and resin binder grinding wheel. The metal binder grinding wheel is used to rough grind

and fine grind of glass; the resin binder grinding wheel is used to fine grind and accurate grind of glass.

Different teeth types, such as cup type, bowl type, continuous type, through teeth type, and semi-teeth

type, are designed for different splinter removing and cooling working conditions during grinding to

assure good sharpness of the grinding wheel and lower toughness of the grinded edge.

異形磨邊機金剛石磨輪

又稱平輪，針對玻璃異型磨邊機、玻璃圓邊磨邊機、玻璃圓邊雙邊磨邊機和玻璃斜邊磨邊機的底邊

磨削設計。用於建材玻璃、汽車玻璃、傢俱玻璃、太陽能基板玻璃、光學玻璃等異形邊緣的粗、細、

精磨加工。

針對加工用途的不同，磨輪設計有梯形（PT輪）、圓邊（PE輪）、鴨嘴邊（OG輪）等多種形狀（附

圖），並對異形邊緣不同部位區別處理，磨輪具有良好的鋒利性及保形性。

Diamond grinding wheel for complicated squaring machine, also called horizontal wheel, is designed for

bottom squaring of glass complicated squaring machine, glass round squaring machine, glass round edge

double edges grinding machine, and glass bevel squaring machine. It is used for rough, fine and accurate

squaring of special-shaped glasses, such as building glass, automotive glass, furniture glass, automotive

glass, solar energy substrate glass, and optical glass, etc.

The grinding wheels, divided into ladder type (PT wheel), round edge type (PE wheel), ogee edge type

(OG wheel), etc. (shown in following figures) according to processing usage, are used to process the

different parts of special-shaped edge. The grinding wheel is feature with good sharpness and shape

keeping ability.
