Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the surface to be primed. Remove all dirt, grease, moisture, etc., by wiping in one direction with a silicone and wax remover. Product Application: PRIOR TO USE, SHAKE THE CONTAINER THOROUGHLY. Hold the can 8 –10 inches from the part, and with a steady back and forth motion, spray a full, wet coat. This is a clear primer; therefore, in order to be sure all areas of the parts surface are covered, check if there is a uniform gloss across the surface of the part while the primer is still wet. Flash dry, then apply a second wet coat. Flash dry for 2–3 minutes. Color coat as soon as possible after flash drying (preferably within 10 minutes) using Ford Interior Spray Lacquer or equivalent. Cleaning: If the sprayhead becomes clogged, twist, and then pull upward. The entire sprayhead will lift out of the container. Use knife blade or similar object to remove any obstruction in the small slot in the intake stem of the sprayhead. Use a pin or fine wire to clear nozzle opening. If necessary, soak the sprayhead in lacquer thinner. After cleaning, immediately replace the sprayhead, keeping the nozzle pointed away from you and nearby objects. DO NOT REMOVE THE SPRAYHEAD EXCEPT FOR CLEANING. CAUTION: Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not inhale vapors or mists. Use only with adequate ventilation. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating or inhaling the contents can be harmful or fatal. While using this product, do not eat, drink, or smoke. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not puncture or incinerate the container. Do not store above 110 °F. Keep away from heat, sparks, or flame. Store tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated area away from sources of ignition.
