Il prodotto è sottoposto a stretti controlli di qualità durante le fasi di tranciatura, presso piegatura, foratura e saldatura di precisione eseguita da robot antropomorfi. La fase finale di verniciatura è realizzata con polveri epossi-poliesteri previo trattamento di fosfo-sgrassaggio. L’imballaggio

eseguito con cura e la preparazione del prodotto già destinato alla vendita, completano il processo di qualità, che permette alla Steelbox di conquistare anche i mercati più esigenti.

Il cuore del modello Joint è rappresentato da un giunto di testata angolare innestato a baionetta che massimizza la stabilità del prodotto, semplificando il montaggio e riducendo i tempi di produzione. Costituita da resina termoplastica rinforzata in fibra di vetro, questa connessione fornisce una tenuta omogenea al contenitore permettendo un incastro perfetto dei supporti perimetrali e garantendo alle cerniere delle ante un ottimo alloggiamento che riduce l’effetto torsione il quale ne garantisce la durata nel tempo. L’utilizzo di questo elemento è anche estetico, poiché accentua la sottigliezza dei bordi e pulisce le linee di giunzione evitando saldature esterne.

The heart of model Joint is represented by a head angle connection that maximizes the stability of the product, simplifying the assembling and reducing the time of production. Constituted by a polypropylene reinforced with glass fiber, this connection provides a homogeneous tightness of the container perimetral elements, ensuring to the hinges of the doors a great lodging which reduces the twisting effect during the opening and allows long durability. The use of this element is also aesthetic because accentuates the lightness of the edges and clean the seams avoiding external welding.

Contenitori (forniti smontati)Scocca esterna in lamiera d’acciaio sp. 0,8 mm DC01 UNI EN 100130 di prima scelta. Verniciatura a polveri epossidiche nei colori BIANCO RAL9003 – GRIGIO RAL 9006 – ANTRACITE RAL7016 previo processo di fosfosgrassaggio. Fondo, cappello e fianchi sono realizzati con sagoma a doppio tubolare elettrosaldato e sono assemblabili velocemente tra loro tramite testate angolari di raccordo con funzione strutturale. Sulle testate strutturali si fissano solidamente anche i piedi livellatori e le cerniere delle ante, rendendo particolarmente solido e rigido l’insieme. I piedi realizzati in resina termoplastica dal design esclusivo hanno un livellatore interno azionabile da dentro l’armadio, tramite chiave a brugola. Le testate sono in resina termoplastica rinforzata con fibra di vetro di colore grigio. Le schiene, sempre suddivise in due metà sono anch’esse in lamiera di acciaio sp 0,8 mm verniciate a polveri epossidiche previo processo di fosfosgrassaggio. Il montaggio rapido avviene unendo le due metà con viti e incastrando poi i perni perimetrali in appositi fori della scocca. I ripiani metallici, negli stessi materiali e colori della scocca hanno un robustissimo sistema di incastro e supporto che li rende particolarmente resistenti e collaboranti alla rigidità dell’armadio, permettendone tuttavia l’agevole regolazione in altezza. Essi sono inoltre predisposti per portare cartelle sospese da archiviazione nel lato inferiore. Le ante e i frontali cassettoni sono realizzati in lamiera metallica come la scocca e oltre ai colori della scocca essi sono realizzabili nei colori VERDE NCS4040G60Y – AZZURRO POLVERE RAL 5023 – ARANCIO RAL 2002. Maniglia termoplastica incassata nell’anta, dal taglio inclinato e design esclusivo. Le ante in versione vetro hanno una cornice sottile in alluminio anodizzato, montano un vetro di sicurezza temprato di sp 5 mm e sono dotate di serratura ad 1 punto che funge anche da maniglia. Tutte le serrature, come quelle di cassettiere mobili di servizio, hanno cilindro estraibile e master key.I telai estraibili porta-cartelle dei classificatori orizzontali offrono alte prestazioni qualitative con una portata di 60 kg anche ad estrazione totale. Nei mobili ad anta sono forniti come kit opzionale per i mobili (kit singoli telai).Gli armadi sopralzo hanno la stessa struttura degli armadi da 81,6 cm, ma non vengono corredati di piedi livellatori. Il fissaggio agli armadi sottostanti avviene con un kit di viti a cannocchiale che passano attraverso i fori dei piedi livellatori in testate e lamiere.I contenitori a doppia serrandina orizzontale hanno larghezza 120 cm e un vano utile interno di 100 cm. Utilizzano gli stessi ripiani della versione ad ante. Tutti i contenitori prevedono un sistema di zoccolatura modulare, fornibile come kit opzionale e montabile a scatto sui piedi predisposti per tale alloggiamento. La flessibilità di questo zoccolo permette all’utente di decidere quale parte del mobile rivestire. Esempio: in caso di contenitori in batteria lineare, si puo decidere di utilizzare lo zoccolo di finitura solo sui lati e frontale, risparmiando i lati non a vista.

Contenimento e normeNegli armadi, i passi in altezza sono studiati per massimizzare il contenimento dei contenitori portadocumenti (standard dox h 35 cm) ma i ripiani sono comunque posizionabili a tutte le altezze desiderate con passo 32 mm. Le cartelle sospese nei telai estraibili possono avere fino alla profondità di 390 mm mentre in orizzontale sono utilizzabili tutti formati in commercio.

Extra colors available are GREEN NCS4040G60Y - POWDER BLUE RAL 5023 - ORANGE RAL 2002. The handles in thermoplastic resin are always built-in in the door and they have exclusive sloping design. The glass doors have thin frame in anodized aluminum, carrying a tempered safety glass of thickness 5 mm with locker working as well as handle. All locks, have removable cylinder and master key.The heavy duty hanging file frames of the horizontal file cabinets offer high quality performance with a capacity of overload of 60 kg either with full extraction. They are provided as optional kit for the door cabinets, (single frame kit). The stackable cabinets have the same structure of the cabinets of 81.6 cm, however they aren’t equipped with leveling feet. The fixing to the supporting cabinets is done with a kit telescopic screws that pass through the holes of the leveling feet in reaching the plastic head joints and the metal.The containers have a double Tambour horizontal width of 120 cm and a useful interior compartment of 100 cm. They use the same version of the shelves with door.All containers are provided with a modular skirting with a fast snap on the levelling feet. The flexibility of this skirting allows the user to decide which part of the cabinet to cover. Example: in the case of containers in linear battery, you may decide to use the skirting to cover only on the sides and front, sparing the sides not in view.

Standards for the containersIn the cabinets, the height of the shelves are designed to maximize the containment of document binders of h35 cm however the shelves can be positioned every 32mm.The hanging folders can have up to a depth of 390 mm, while for the horizontal filing any format can be used .

Tutti i cassetti scorrono su guide in acciaio stampato con cuscinetti a rullo in nylon, serratura a chiave in duplice esemplare pieghevole.Tutte le cassettiere sono dotate di dispositivo antiribaltamento che consente l’apertura di 1 solo cassetto per volta.Le cassettiere possono essere completati con una vaschetta porta cancelleria estraibile in appoggio (opzionale).

La chiusura dell’armadio è ottenuta mediante n° 3 robustissimi chiavistelli, che bloccano l’anta al centro, in alto e in basso, controllati da una serratura di sicurezza azionata dall’esterno mediante una chiave a doppia mappa in duplice esemplare. Nella versione con combinazione, la chiusura dell’armadio è controllata da una combinazione a 7 leve con i congegni di chiusura protetti da una piastra al manganese.
