Dark cherry color with violet hints. Surprising on the nose with fine toasty notes that came from the enveloping and lasting in the mouth, where the aromas found in the nose return, meaty with very soft tannis, silk and smooth.
Straw yellow. When tasting, one is surprised by an intense, clean aroma that brings to mind white fruit, bananas and citrus fruits. The initial taste is silky, complex, fresh and lasting due to balan-ced acidity.
Given bright cherry. It shows ripe fruit aromas, spices sweet, creamy oak, expressive. Delicious, fruity, roasted, ripe tannins.

Intense nose, clean scent of white fruit, notes fine, a lees spicy, something warm and sweet with a touch of Muscat, the soft tropi-cal fruit notes provided by the suavigon blanc, Floral character chardonnay and fresh herbaceous memory seems to provide the Verdejo.

The best temperature in which this wine should be served is between 15 and 18º C.
Tasting notes: Color: cherry, garnet rim. Nose: spicy, creamy oak, toasty, complex, mineral, ripe fruit, lactic notes. Palate: powerful, �avourful, toasty, round tannins.
Limy stony poor in organic rich in calcaire stones.
15 months in new French oak casks ( 6 months with the lies ).
Harvest recollected in cases, maceration and fermentation in 500 lts barrels for 2 weeks. Malolatic fermentation in barrel.

Straw yellow. When tasting, one is surprised by an intese, clean aroma that brings to mind white fruit, bananas and citrus fruits. The initial taste is silky, complex, fresh and lasting due to balanced acidity.

The best temperature in which this wine should be served is between 15 and 18º C.
Dark cherry color with violet hints. Surprising on the nose with �ne toasty notes that came from the envelonping and lasting in the mouth, where the aromas found in the nose return, meaty with very soft tannis, silk and smooth.
They are mainly slope lands, sandy structure, poor in organic matter and with high levels of limestone. 13 year-old vineyard.
10 months in second year French oack barrels of 500 L ( 10 months with the lies ).
Harvest recollected in 12Kg cases, alcoholic fermentation ( 28º) during two weeks in stain-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in oack barrel.

Deep red colour. In the nose, you will �nd notes of ripe red fruits and spices. Full-bodied, nicely acidy and fruity in the mouth, rounded and full of character.
They are mainly slope lands, sandy structure, poor in organic matter and with high levels of limestone.
4 months in oak barrels.
Cold fermentation during 4 days. Temperature controlled fermentation (28º) for 2 weeks with light shakes. Battonages during 4 months in stain steel tanks.
