Optional Mast Protection Screen (Model 1250)protects personnel from moving parts of forklift mast.Constructed of square steel tubing and expandedmetal, the screen measures42" wide x 84" tall. It attachesto the back guardrail withu-bolts. A mast protectionscreen should be used withall straight mast forklifts andwith any others where a mastposes a safety hazard.

Both are Quick & Easy to Install

Full Perimeter Guard Rail System constructed of 1½" squaresteel tubing & consisting of a 42" high top rail, a mid rail, and5½" high intregel toeboards. Access gates with spring pinlatches are provided at each end. Entire Guard Rail System canbe easily removed and laid flat inside platform for transportation.

Deck consists of a strong but lightweight engineered steelframe with expanded metal deck.

The “Universal Fit” Slip-On-the-Forks design can be used withboth Extendible Reach and Straight Mast forklifts. Forks slideinto steel fork pockets and are secured with two heavy duty steelpins behind the heel of the forks. They are designed for usewith a 48" or wider carriage and 48" long forks up to 7" wide and2¾" thick. Forks longer than 48" can be used, however, they willextend out past the front of the platform.

The Quick-Tach models are built to fit specific makes & modelsof forklifts that are equipped with a quick-tach. The forks andcarriage are removed and the Platform attaches to the boom.

Designed for use with rough terrain forklifts, eitherstraight mast or extendable reach. It comes equippedwith fork pockets that will accept up to 7" wide x 2 ½"thick forks. A center hole provides a hook point thatalso allows the spreader bar to be suspended from acrane.

“Quick-Tach”

1. Connects directly to the end of boomby means of the quick-tach thus providing asolid connection between the bucket and forklift.Specify forklift make and model when orderingQT buckets.

2. Long forks are not a problem with theQT style because the forks and carriage areremoved when the bucket is installed. Alwayschoose the QT style bucket if the forks on yourforklift are longer than 48".

3. More of the forklift’s capacity is free tolift heavier loads. Dropping the forks and carriagesaves 700 to 1,000 lbs.

“Slip-on-the-Forks”

1. Universal Fit - can be used with any makeand model of extendable-reach forklift that is equippedwith standard 48" long forks. Bucket slides on the forksand is pinned behind the heel to secure it to the forklift.

2. Forks and carriage stay on forklift, thereforethey are less vulnerable to loss or damage. Quick toinstall.

3. Deeper bucket carries irregular shapedloads easier. Because the bucket is substantiallydeeper, debris such as broken concrete, lumberscraps, and other trash stays in the bucket better.It also has greater capacity.

Manual Dump or Hydraulic Dump

Manual Dump Operation is simple, after disen-gaging the safety lock, the bucket can be trippedwith the handle at the back of the bucket or fromthe operator’s seat with the remote rope release.Lowering the bucket to the ground resets thebucket for the next load.

Safety Lock preventsaccidental tripping ofbucket during trans-portation.

Heavy duty construction and a dependable trip mechanismensures long trouble-free life. An affordable low cost makes thisbucket easy to justify even for the occasional user.

Optional Hydraulic Dump is convenient andit provides precise control of the discharge.Hydraulic flow from the forklift is required andhydraulic control valve is not included.Frequently if the forklift is equiped with ahydraulic fork positioner, flow from that valvecan be diverted to the bucket cylinder.

The new Scoop-N-Mix Skid-Steer Concrete Mixer combines the advantages of a loaderand a concrete mixer into one piece of equipment. This unique product provides themost efficient and economical way to produce small quantities of thoroughly mixedconcrete, transport it to often “difficult to reach” pour sites, and then put it in place.

Discharge Concrete in one of two ways.Either through a mechanical lift gate on the side ofthe mixer and down a chute, or by simply tilting themixer down and discharging out the top. The speedand quantity of discharge can be easily controlledusing either method.

Rotate mixer back to its upright mixing positionand break bags of cement into the mixer using thebuilt-in bag splitter. Water is then added and withina few short minutes concrete is ready for placement.

Rotate the mixer into a bucket loading positionand, as with a loader bucket, scoop up the sand and gravelfor the mix. The back-breaking labor of loading by hand iseliminated.

The Scoop-N-Mix features a new improved design.This new design utilizes a revolving paddle mixing action, a method farsuperior to augers when it comes to producing well-mixed concrete. Most small to medium size rental yards renttrailers and/or trailer mounted equipment but manydo not keep a forklift on site to move theequipment around the yard. Brick Tines Model 660-03These forks can be used with other materials but areespecially adapted for use with banded brick. The 3"wide by 1½" thick forks make it easy to get into the smallopenings in the brick package. The 39" length keepsthe forks from extending through one standard 40" brickpackage and into the next when packages are stackedclose together.

General Specifications Built-in handles on vertical post provide convenient grip for guiding

forks into load. Pickup Trolley accommodates up to a 5 ton hook. All forks are forged and tapered. Load is carried with fork tips slightly tilted up to prevent load from

sliding off. Spring helps return trolley to empty position when load is released. A minimum load of 500 to 750 lbs. is required for proper trolly operation. Caution: Never unload from a suspended pallet.

To dump the skip, the two forward slings are disconnected from the lifting eyes with the lifting line slack.The skip is then lifted with the rear slings still connected, effectively dumping the load from the sloped end.
