AUTOMATIC ERECTING
PERFECT HANDLING FOR COMMISSIONING AND SHIPMENTAccurate erecting of the folding boxes constitutes the prerequi-site for further processing, since
it ensures safe packing, sealing, conveying and palletizing of the cases. Additionally, it improves
the transport safety and packag-ing process.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC BOTTOM FOLDING DEVICESThe Bottom Folding Device GO 890 is a functional tool for man-ual erecting of folding boxes. It fixes the box while the operator can use both hands for packing and filling. The bottom flaps are folded automatically. After commissioning, the operator pneumatically passes the box to
downstream systems. For a max-imum in flexibility, various box formats and sizes can be handled on the device without retooling. In connection with a sealing ma-chine both devices form a flexible packaging line.

FULLY AUTOMATIC FOLDING BOX ERECTORSThe OPITZ GO 795 series is the efficient alternative to manual erecting of folding boxes. Our fully automatic erecting machines are characterized by their com-pact and sturdy construction, easy integrability in existing workflows and high reliability. The high range of processible box formats and the low change-over times of less than 5 minutes ensure a maximum flexibility. The machines work with all com-monly used adhesive and sealing types.
We always rely on highest qual-ity and user-friendliness of our erecting systems: The machines consist of stable frames of weld-ed or stainless steel, which gives them a long-lasting industrial suitability and high resilience. The construction of the magazine
enables convenient operation without down times. The Macro-lon housing gives the machines
a clear structure and allows easy cleaning.
