CASA LA SULTANA
The houses were designed with an eclectic world décor mixed with colonial accents that is unique in Central America.
The ground floor of each house has an outdoor living room, dining area and kitchen that face a lushly planted courtyard
in a Marrakech riad style. Each house has its own private pool with a custom tile design and a double sunbed
surrounded by tropical plants.
The air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the second floor, which also features a terrace with views of the Granada
cathedral and the Mombacho volcano.
The houses are currently available for rent by their new owners through Airbnb.

The houses are located on a private gated street, with 24 hour security personal, one block from Tribal Hotel.
They are part of an eleven-villa development that is known as Granada Vida. Several houses of different styles, sizes and
price points, ranging from $230K to $370K, are currently in the planning. The new houses will be available for purchase
on plans as of Spring/Summer 2021.
