Born Sept. 3, 1940 in Macon, County, Tenn., she was a daughter of the late Comer and Virge (Ford) Wilson, and the wife of the late Robert Lee McLeary, who died Jan. 25, 2011. They were married 54 years. She enjoyed watching her cattle, tending to her home and garden, and spending time with loved ones. She was well known for her canned goods, pies and sausage gravy and biscuits. She spent her final years in Magodora to be near her children. Survivors include three sons -- James McLeary, Lake Forest, Calif., and Michael and Robert McLeary, Jr., both of Moga- dore; two daughters, Patricia Curtician and Sherrilynn Long, both of Mogadore; three brothers -- Larry Wilson, Lafayette, Tenn., and Harold and Denzil Wilson, both of Indiana; eight grand- children and eight great-grandchildren. A daughter, Mary Long; and five brothers, Darrell, Lovel, Roy, Ford and Stanton Wilson, also preceded her in death. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 17, at the Yokley Trible Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Cushen- berry and Dawn Ayers officiating. Burial was at the Rocky Hill Cemetery. FRANCES RUTH HOLLOWAY Frances Ruth Holloway, age 88, of Summer Shade, died Friday, July 10, 2020, at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville. Born Dec. 9, 1931 in Wayne County, she was a daughter of the late Kermit Roberts and Frances Bessie Jones, and the wife of the late Drexel Holloway. She was a home- maker and worked with the literacy program in Tompkins- ville. She also worked with home health and as a teacher. She was a member of the Mt. Gilead Church of Christ. Survivors include six sons -- Terry Holloway, Lexington; Gaius and Alan Holloway, both of Summer Shade; Forrest Holloway, Tompkins- ville; Derek Holloway (Janice), Fertile, Minnesota; and Lance Holloway, of South Carolina; five grand- children -- Courtney Roddy (Brandon), Dusty Brown (Lisa), Jacob Holloway (Kayla), and Heidi and Tabitha Holloway; and three great-grandchil- dren -- Jackson Roddy and Lane and Laney Brown. She was a grad- uate of Lindsey Wilson College and an employee of the Dollar General Warehouse. She retired from Belden and was currently the secretary at Tompkinsville First Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member. Survivors include by two sons, Shawn Guffey and his wife, Beth, of Tompkins- ville, and Christopher Crowe and his wife, Melisa, of Carters- ville, Ga.; a daughter, Stephanie Cox, and her husband, Scott, of Greenville, Tenn.; a sister, Colleen Lee, and husband, Dickie, of Glasgow; ten grandchildren, Hannah Brooke and Leigha Nicole Guffey; Mary Elizabeth Winningham, Mark Lee Winningham, Jr.; and Garrett Wayne, Christian Tyler, Alyssa Megan, and Nathan Scott Crowe; Megan Renee and Madison Dianah Cox; and two great-grandchildren, Warren Bennett Crowe and Brayton Alex- ander Avery.
