Zacns 45 m3

The wagon is intended for transportation of CaCO3 slurry. Wagon tank is made of cold rolled stainless steel with 8° bottom slope leading to centrally placed discharge system. Tank is insulated with mineral wool and covered with prepainted anodized steel plates.

Cargo is loaded from above through one DN 500 opening with manually operated cover on the upper centre part of wagon body. The tank is also equipped with two DN 300 cleaning openings. Unloading can be performed by gravity, compressed air or pumps through bottom discharge pipe. Possibility of unloading on both sides of the wagon.

The wagon construction is in accordance with all applicable regulations PED, TSI, UIC, EN, ERRI and GCU.

The wagon is intended for transportation of dry bulk cement. Wagon silo is made from PED compliant materials and has a 12° hopper angle.

Cargo is loaded from above through three DN 500 openings with manually operated covers on the upper part of wagon body. Unloading is performed by compressed air, through opening located on the lover part of wagon silo. Possibility of unloading on both sides of the wagon.

The wagon construction is in accordance with all applicable regulations PED, TSI, UIC, EN, ERRI and GCU.

Wagon equipment

Compressed air supply, loading and discharging system

Wagon loading is achieved by free drop of cement through remotely controlled and pneumatically op-erated manhole hatch. Discharging is performed by compressed air through opening located on lower part of wagon silo. The diameter of the discharge opening equals 150 mm, with dismountable reduction to 100 mm diameter, and a standard DN 100 coupling installed, to fi t most of the discharging terminals. Compressed air supply uses standard DN 80 couplings.

Bogies

The wagon is equipped with two bogies type Y25Lsi(f)-C (with measure valve), adopted for installation of com-pact brakes, wheel set type BA 004/182.

Brake equipment

Wagon is equipped with compact air brake. Twenty percent of wagons are equipped with a parking brake operated from the ground. Main overhead line is pass-ing type of 5/4“, with end cock and connector hoses at the end of the wagon.

Draw gear

There are two screw couplings with draw hook (draw force 1500kN) and clutch 1350 kN draw force.

Buffers

The buffi ng device consists of four (4) class „B“ buffers (50 kJ) according to UIC 526 and 527-1.

General information

Wagon Uacns is designed for cement transport. Inno-vative design, implementation of high strength mate-rials and lightweight equipment resulted with optimal ratio of loading volume (74 m3) and wagon tare weight (19 t).

The distinctive concept of the silo, a modern pneumat-ic discharge system, and the optimised compressed air supply system guarantee the shortest time of dis-charge and minimum retaining cement quantity after discharging.

Semi-automatic loading process is based on remotely controlled and pneumatically operated manhole hatch.

Mentioned concept guarantees quick and simple han-dling and low operational costs during wagon loading and discharging.

Design, manufacturing and equipment are according to PED, TSI, UIC, RIV, EN, ERRI and GCU.

Design

Lightweight but strong, small in dimensions but with high loading volume, simple but effi cient.

The wagon is optimised using the Femap software with NX Nastran solver for FEM analysis.

Wagon silo is designed to meet the requirements of PED 97/23/EC.

Underframe creates a strong compact structure with the silo according to the requirements of the EN 12663:2010.

The wagon is designed for transport of limestone and different types of bulk goods solid to atmospheric infl uences. The wagon is primarily intended for transportation of limestone.

Unloading of the wagon goes on principle of natural gravity at unloading places (underground storages),while it must be secured undisturbed discharge of load beneath top track level. Cargo-wagon load is donethrough upper storages or beam loaders that secureevenly disposition of the load.

The wagon is equipped with locking device that throughlever system provides opening-closing of doors on bothlateral sides of the wagon at the same time. The lock-ing device is pneumatically operated.

The wagon construction is in accordance with allapplicable regulations TSI, EN, UIC, GCU.

The wagon is intended for transportation of sand 0-2,0 mm granular quality, gravel 8-20 mm granular quality and gravel 18-32 mm granular quality, all in bulk and weather resistant.

Cargo is loaded by means of an opening on the upper part of wagon body. Unloading is performed outside the track, by means of two gate valves (on either side of the wagon), as well as fi xed and auxiliary funnels located in the lower part of the wagon body.

Dosed unloading of wagons is enabled.

Wagon Eamos(s) designed primarily for the transpor-tation of bulk goods that are not moisture – retentive and do not change essentially their gliding properties, such as gravel, crashed stone and similar materials.

Loading of wagon can be carried out by gravity (free fall into the container), or using fork lifter loader or belt conveyor. Thereby the volume of the loading device is not allowed to be greater then 6 m3, and the height from fork lifter till wagon fl oor shall not exceed 2 m. The unloading is done by tipping of the wagon body using pneumatic tipping equipment on both sides of the rail track.

Wagon designed for transportation of steel coils loaded in horizontal position, which must be protected against weather conditions. For protection purposes and clos-ing of wagon, tarpaulin with supports and wheels is installed at the front ends of the wagon. In the upper part of the tarpaulin there is anti condensation layer for prevention of condensate falling onto steel coils. In the open position tarpaulin frees 2/3 of loading length of the wagon.

Wagon is equipped with saddles for reception of steel coils clad with rubber for protection of the steel coils from damage. Safeguard device for prevention of side movement of the coils is installed on saddles.

Goods wagon Habbins(s) with biggest loading capac-ity of 62.5 t designed with wooden fl oor for optimal loading and transportation of pallets. It can receive 63 EUR pallets (800 x 1 200 mm = or 42 industrial pallets (1 000 x 1 200 mm).

Wagon is ideal for transportation of paper, cellulose, white technique, car components and so on.

Double sliding doors installed on both sides of the wagon. It is made out of aluminium profi les and plates. De-blocking and locking of aluminium doors executed by handle set at the front of the wagon. Prior to turning on of the handle it is necessary to lift safety pin and re-lease the handle. After de-blocking the door can freely slide on guides along the wagon. Wagon is equipped with device for blocking of the turning of the handle until the door reaches end position for closing. The entire construction and choice of material enables door and lever manipulation by only one person.

Wagon designed for transportation of bulk material sensible to weather conditions. Wagon body, includ-ing the fl oor made out of 6 mm steel plates is specially reinforced so as to endure the harshest conditions in exploitation. Tarpaulin roof enables 100% opening of the wagon body for loading, and when closed prevents water retention. Roof opening and closing device, which is protected against overloading, is also particu-larly secured to prevent damaging during loading, i.e. unloading. Handling of device can be manual or mech-anized. During transportation roof manipulation device and the load itself are protected against rain, snow or moisture penetration. Wagon has got two diagonally installed revision openings.

Four-axled goods wagon with movable roof Tadns(s) is used for transportation of bulk materials which are not allowed to come into contact with water (nitrates, granulated lime, sodium, grain and other materials with granulation 0-50 mm.

Opening of the roof during wagon loading is done man-ually using portable device on the platform. Unloading of the wagon is carried out on both sides through eight openings (4 on each side) by gravity, and can be, if necessary, interrupted.
