A physical therapist works with patients who have limited use of their own bodies due to injury, or disability. A physical therapist either works in a hospital, or private office seeing about 6-10 patients a day. This occupation is physically demanding, and most of the day you are standing, crouching, bending, and using your muscles. About 10% of the time is spent on paper work and filling out progress reports, and insurance claims for each patient. This job is expecting to be more demanding in the future because insurers are now targeting rehabilitation therapy for cuts.

-As an education teacher their focus is to create a lesson plan for each specific grade level, and ability. They must generate interest that could be used daily, for example, volleyball, basketball, football, badminton, shuffle board, or tennis. Also, project adventure activities requiring trust and challenging your fears. The professional part of physical education teacher is the paper work, and grading. They are also required to perform administration duties, for example working in the library or monitoring students in the cafeteria. As a physical education teacher you have the advantage to coach afterschool extra curricular activities. This is a very rewarding occupation. Teachers receive good benefits and get a lot of time off.

-An occupational therapist cares for people with disabling, mental, physical development, and emotional conditions and help them recover, develop and maintain their daily lives. They help patients compensate for the loss of functions and improve motor skills. Other topics occupational therapist cares for could be alcoholism, drug abuse, eating disorders, mental health, and pain management. This job requires much dedication and will reward a unbelievable amount of accomplishment. Occupational therapists but be compassionate, caring, patient, and capable of commanding the respect and trust of people within their care.
