>Compass M-Mode, TVM
The innovative Compass M-Mode tool allows up to two M-Mode lines tobe placed and multiple measurements to be made on one image withoutmoving the patient, an ideal approach to increasing patient throughputwhile maintaining diagnostic precision.
Based on the Doppler effect, the TVM (Tissue Velocity Mapping) modalitycolor-codes the instantaneous tissue velocity for the LV analysis and allowsthe user to trace and quantify the real-time data to provide more detailedinformation for precise and reliable diagnoses.

High-density multifrequency phased array and linear probes as well asspecial-purpose probes (electronic multiplane TE, high-frequency micro-convex, intraoperative, laparoscopic) allow any cardiovascular clinicalrequirement, from newborn to adult, to be met. The MyLab30CV is available with several advanced software packages asoptions for non-invasive assessment of myocardial function. The Stress-Echo package with programmable protocols and multi-format reviewingcapabilities is ideal for the accurate monitoring of all cardiovascularpathologies. The innovative XStrain technology provides an advanced andangle-independent, 2D imaging-based tool for analyzing myocardialvelocities, strain and strain rate detection. The quantification of theseparameters is the most promising clinical technique for the early detectionof myocardial contractility and distensibility impairment. XStrain providesan unmatched level of diagnostic capability in this class of system.

Esaote’s proprietary CnTI™ (Contrast Tuned Imaging) provides highperformance contrast enhanced ultrasound imaging with second-generationcontrast media and is available on all MyLab30CV convex, linear andphased array probes. Intermittent and real-time low-MI modalities giveoptimal results in left ventricle opacification (LVO) and myocardial perfusionanalysis, both in rest and stress examinations. Thanks to the real-timearchiving capability, clinical data (image and video clips) can be easily storedand then exported for further evaluation.
