Get cashAccess your accounts wherever you see the COOP, NYCE, PLUS or VISA logos – in your neighborhood or around the world. Use your VISA Debit Card to withdraw cash, make deposits at Capital Communications ATMs, or make purchases. You’ll get 10 free withdrawals each month at a non-CCFCU ATM (you’ll pay 50 cents per withdrawal thereafter).

Loan by phoneApply for a loan over the phone by calling the Credit Union during regular business hours. For many of our loans, you won’t even need to come in to close!

Automated phone tellerOur 24-hour, automated phone teller Touch-24 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose either voice-activated audio prompts or a touch-tone menu to perform account inquiries, transfers, check requests and take care of myriad other transactions over the phone, wherever you are. You can even access information about current rates, hours and closing information. For a list of menu options, visit our Web site, stop by any branch or call to request an information guide.

Get cash backSave a trip to the ATM when you use your Debit Card at participating retailers. When making a purchase, choose to receive cash back. To make a purchase with your card, all you need to do is:

• Swipe your card and hit the ATM/Debit button• Enter your Personal Identifi cation Number (PIN)• Or, choose “credit” and sign for your purchases

Make depositsAll branches except our Colonie Branch on New Karner Road (Route 155) have 24-hour deposit-taking ATMs. You can also mail your deposits to the Credit Union or use a night deposit box at any of our branches. Order deposit envelopes online or ask a Credit Union associate.

You can also make deposits to your Capital Communications accounts for free at Price Chopper supermarkets. To locate the nearest Price Chopper, visit pricechopper.com and click on “store locator.”

Direct Deposit and Payroll DeductionSave time by having your paycheck automatically deposited into your account each pay period. Use Payroll Deduction to divide your check among different accounts, like a Savings or Club Account. Visit capcomfcu.org, click on “Applications and Forms”and to fi nd the right form. Or ask about these services at a branch location.

Connect-24Just about anything that you can do in a branch can be done through online banking within our secure Connect-24 platform. Our Internet banking provider uses software that is so secure, it is classifi ed by the U.S. Department of Defense. Use it to view account balances, history, check copies and statements. Conduct transfers, make payments, receive stock quotes and more. You can even view all the products you have within one account on one screen.

Once an associate has completed the set up, visit the Connect-24 login found at capcomfcu.org. Enter your Credit Union Account number and the password that was given to you by the Credit Union associate who set up your account.

Mobile BankingAccess your account at capcomfcu.org/mobi using your hand-held wireless device.* You’ll get real-time access to your account history and transactions and you’ll be able to make transfers and pay bills. It’s fast, easy and just as secure as our Connect-24 online banking platform.

Bill Pay & PresentmentPay your bills securely within Connect-24. You control when your bills are paid and how much is sent out – we’ll mail the check wherever it needs to go. A perfect partner to Bill Pay, Bill Presentment allows you to receive, view and manage your bills online. Save yourself time and money as well as checks, stamps, envelopes and a trip to the Post Offi ce.

To sign up, click on “Payment Manager” within Connect-24. Then “View and pay bills.” Watch for our Bill Pay workshops to help get you started. Or, request a one-on-one session with our Bill Pay Concierge at ext. 3104.

Check imagesTo view your check images online, log into Connect-24 and view your Checking Account history. Just click on the Web-linked check number in your account history and the check image will appear on your screen. View and print check images at no charge.

Checks, check registers, stamps and deposit envelopesWe make it easy for you to get the tools you need. Order checks, check registers, stamps or deposit envelopes online whenever it’s convenient for you.

To order checks, click on “Online Services” on our home page. Then click on “Order Checks.”

To order stamps, check registers or deposit envelopes, click on “Online Services” then click “Stamps & Envelopes.”

E-mail usVisit our Web site and click on “Contact Us.”

eStatements & eNoticesView your account and VISA® statements from the privacy of your computer within Connect-24. You can also elect to receive notices for non-suffi cient funds through ACH or ATMs, certifi cate renewals, late payment notices and courtesy pay notices online.

To sign up for eStatements and eNotices, log into Connect-24, click on “Online Services,” click on “Enter” under “eStatements,” click on “Preferences.”

To sign up for VISA eStatements, log into Connect-24, click on “Online Services” and then on “Enter” at the end of your VISA Account. Once you can see your VISA Account information, click on “Online Services” and then on “enroll in eStatements.”

FinanceWorksUse this online money management tool to categorize and track your spending, as well as create and monitor your budget goals. Log into Connect-24 and click on the “FinanceWorks” button to register. It will automatically import all your Capital Communications account information. Enter accounts at other fi nancial institutions to see all of your spending in one place for more effective budgeting and planning.

Funds Transfer* & Pay People*Transfer money instantly between your Credit Union account and a brokerage account, an investment account or even an account at another fi nancial institution with Funds Transfer. Send money to anyone with an e-mail address using Pay People.

In Connect-24, click on “Payment Manager” in the menu bar and then click “Transfer Funds” or “Pay People.”

iDeposit-24**Deposit checks to your Savings and Checking Accounts from anywhere you have Internet access and gain immediate access to the deposited funds.

Log into Connect-24 and click on “Online Services.” Then, click on the “Enter” button in the iDeposit-24 link.

**Must meet eligibility requirements. Some restrictions may apply.

IRA CenterUse the IRA Center to understand eligibility and contribution basics. You can also open, contribute or withdraw from your IRA. Get started at capcomfcu.org by clicking on “Online Services” and “IRA Center.”

Notifi cations & AlertsReceive periodic reminders – sent to the e-mail address of your choice – or notify yourself of specifi c events, such as a check clearing or your balance reaching a certain amount.

Log into Connect-24 and choose “Notifi cations/Alerts” in the green bar at the top of your screen. Choose “Notifi cations Using Express Setup” for a complete list of notifi cations.

RSS UpdatesStay informed by adding our “Rates” and “News” pages to your RSS. Get up-to-date lending, savings and certifi cate rates with our “Rates” RSS feed.

Scheduled TransfersSchedule money transfers between your Credit Union accounts to occur once, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Log into Connect-24 and click on “Scheduled Transfers” at the top of your home banking screen. Click “Add” to set up a new transfer.

Stop paymentsTo stop payment on a check, log into Connect-24 and click on “Stop Pay,” located at the top of your screen. Then choose the account, check number and check amount to identify the check you wish to stop. A nominal fee applies to stopped payments.

VISA® history and paymentsMake payments and track your Capital Communications VISA Credit Card spending online in Connect-24.

To view your VISA history, log into Connect-24 and look for your Credit Card under your loan accounts. When you click on it, your history will open in a new screen.

To make a credit card payment, simply transfer money from your Checking or Savings Account into your VISA account.

Verifi ed by VISA® Protect your online VISA transactions by creating a unique password to confi rm your identity. To register your card, click on the “Verifi ed by VISA” logo.

VISA® Gift CardsPersonalize and order VISA Gift Cards online with no additional processing fee. To order, click on “Online Services” and then “VISA Gift Cards.” VISA Gift Cards are also available in our branches and include a small processing fee.

Online applicationsApply for loans 24 hours a day, seven days a week and receive instant approval if credit qualifi ed. You can also apply for membership or open new accounts online. Click on “Join Now!” or “Apply for a Loan” on our home page. You’ll fi nd other applications under “Quick Links,” click on “Applications & Forms.”

Web and e-mail updatesThe fastest way we can get critical information to you is through our Web site and by e-mail. Make sure we have your e-mail address on fi le so that you can begin receiving our electronic newsletters. Our Web site is continuously refreshed with updated information about our products and services.
