Expectations for All AdultsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Be present at all preparation meetings and group meetings at the parish and at the Pastoral Center.• Be present for young pilgrims and help in any way to prepare them for pilgrimage.• Be present and available for the group leader during planning phase of pilgrimage.

QUALIFICATIONS:• Ability to communicate effectively with teens and adults especially in small group setting.• Some experience working with teens either in a parish or school setting.• Knowledge and love of the Catholic faith and a desire to contribute to the mission of the Church.• Strong service orientation.• Catholic Christian lifestyle. • Some experience travelling with large groups a plus.

PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS:• Ability to walk 5 – 10 miles daily, with a backpack.• Ability to function in a calm and helpful manner during crisis.• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.• Patience• Ability to engage pilgrims in spontaneous activity during down time.

to all other pilgrims in your care.• Be able to communicate effectively with pilgrims and parents during preparation period as well as during pilgrimage.• Be present and available for team during planning phase of pilgrimage.

QUALIFICATIONS:• Ability to communicate effectively with teens and adults especially parents.• Working knowledge of WYD and pilgrimage with teens and young adults.• Knowledge and love of the Catholic faith and a desire to contribute to the mission of the Church.• Strong service orientation.• Catholic Christian lifestyle. • Ability to communicate effectively with ONE Team and travel company..
