Environmental Issues: Overview Dubai highest carbon footprint in world (per person) causing major

environmental issues Many unneeded facilities (air-conditioned mall, ski dome in desert) Dubai uses most natural resources in world (using non-stop) Didn’t agree Kyoto Protocol (even if did, doesn’t cover problems Dubai
