Works with key users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business process. Identifies any need to modify a Microsoft Dynamics application and communicates that need to developers and other team members. Provides technical sales support in the sales process by providing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and related business products being presented to the customer. Assists the sales team as needed to build the business case for value, productivity enhancements, and meeting technical requirements, while adhering to the Microsoft Solution Selling Process. Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process by working to address the questions and needs of stakeholders. Ensures proper understanding of the application and the overall solution both technically and functionally. Conducts acceptance testing and training of customer resources in use and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
