INTRODUCTION
Bank Alf alah Limited ( BAL ) is a private bank in Pakistan owned by the Abu Dhabi Group. Bank Alf alah was incorporated on J une 21, 1997 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance 1984. Bank Alf alah is registered at both Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchange with a ticker name of BAFL . I t’s banking operations commenced f rom November 1, 1997. The bank is engaged in commercial banking and related services as defined in the Banking companies ordinance, 1962, with the registered offi ce at B.A.Building, I .I .Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Since its inception, as the new identity of H.C.E.B (Habib Credit and Exchange Bank Limited) af ter the privatization in 1997, the management of the bank started implementing strategies and policies to carve a distinct position for the bank in the market place. This was further strengthened with a partnership with the Abu Dhabi Group which owns 70% of Bank Alf alah shares. This allowed the bank to invest more in revolutionary technology to increase its range of products and services, perceiving the requirements of their customers and matching them with quality products and service solutions.

SERVICES
According to employees of bank alfalah. As such no time has been given to employees for general conversation except Friday. In normal days they have to adjust their time even for lunch.
GENERAL CONVERSATION
According to one of the manager of bank alfalah: “In our organization every employee has a right to speak. Infect recently we were having a meeting a kind of town hall session in which Mr. Atif bajwa came the CEO of bank alfalah and question answer session has also been ranged for employees. so that they can share their feeling and experiences in an adequate manner
Employees participate
In actual meetings are held at weekly or monthly basis. Weekly at branch level and monthly meetings are held at official basis.
MEETINGS
According to manager: Banks usually known by their services and for their product in every branch of our bank there is board display a note that “Customer services is no compromises on as times services”Al l besides we deal with Islamic products to people like to have Islamic banks, and accounts also.

Recommendation to bank alfalah:
There should be some time for general conversation of employees.
Employees should work more effectively so organization can achieve better goals in future.
RECOMMENDATIO
So, from above discussion we can say that bank alfalah has some threats as well as also have opportunities. Because of his organization only run according to Islamic point of views so it only prefers halal system. And it is also his strength because Muslims also like halal system of banking. But if this organization works with his services with more loyalty it can make his future brighter.
