OCTOBER 17, 2017 ART DEMONSTRATION BY Sandy Sandy

Named by her parents Sandra Sandy, she has always been known as Sandy Sandy in her everyday life. Her

online identity SpiritArtist came about after she connected with her Native American heritage.

Self expression, through art, has taken many forms throughout her lifetime. Sandy's love of teaching started

at a very young age. At thirteen, she put an ad in the Penny Saver newspaper and held summer art camp inher parents garage.

Later, classically trained, Sandy graduated from Moore College of Art, Phila., Pa., with a B.F.A. in painting

and illustration. Her love of art and teaching continues to this day.

You can visit Sandy on her website at:

http://www.sandysandyfineart.com/about.html or at Sandarosa

Studio - In the Heart of the Pines of Southern N.J.

Highlights of Members’ Meeting Art Demo

Sandy will be demonstrating How to Create A Rainbow Feather,

both in watercolor and alcohol ink on Yupo paper. Although the results are similar, the techniques and mediums are totally different.Participants will be instructed on the Twelve Tips of how to create

outstanding art with watercolor and alcohol ink on Yupo, using Sandy's unique methods.

Those attending the meeting will be given a sample of Yupo paper. At the end of the meeting we will be

raffling off several pads of Yupo paper, courtesy of Legion Paper.
