تاريخناتعتبر شركة »علي آل مسعد« إلنتاج مواد البناء، موردا رائدا للخرسانة

الجاهزة، وحجارة البناء، وحجارة الرصف المعشقة، وحجارة الرصيف، والبالط اإلسمنتي، وغير ذلك.

و قذ تأسست الشركة عام 19٨5، في مدينة ينبع، وبعد وقت قصير، توسعت الشركة في المدينة المنورة، ومكة المكرمة وجدة، وذلك

بإنشاء مصانع للخرسانة الجاهزة والطوب.

وفي عام 2010؛ وسعت الشركة نطاق أعمالها وأنشطتها، بإنشاء كسارات الحجارة، وقسم النقل، حيث تمتلك الشركة أربع كسارات

حديثة ومتطورة. ومن ثم فإنها تدعم متطلبات جميع مصانع الخرسانة الجاهزة.

ويعمل في شركة »علي آل مسعد«، أكثر من 1000 موظف، كما يمتلك المهندسون/ الفنيون، العاملون بها، مجموعة واسعة من التجارب

والخبرات الفنية، في حلول البناء.

وبدأت الشركة توسعها بشكل أكبر، من خالل افتتاح قطاع اإلنشاء، وتنفيذ العديد من مشاريع المباني والفنادق وغيرها.

وتوفر الشركة الخرسانة الجاهزة، لمختلف المشاريع المرموقة للهيئة الملكية، وشركة سابك، وأرامكو، وشركة مرافق، وياسرف، ووزارة النقل،

والشركة السعودية للكهرباء، وغير ذلك.

وتنتج الشركة أنواعا مختلفة من الخلطات الخرسانية، بما في ذلك الخرسانة ذات المقاومة العالية، والخرسانة ذات المقاومة المنخفضة،

Our HistoryAli Al Maasad Co. for Producing Building Materials is a leading supplier of Readymix Concrete, Masonry Blocks, Interlock Paving Blocks, Kerbstones, and Cement Tiles etc.

The Company was established in 1985 in Yanbu, soon after its establishment, it expanded in Madinah, Makkah and Jeddah with Readymix Concrete and Block plants.

In 2010, Company expanded its business in Crusher Plants and Transportation Division. The Company has four modern and sophisticated crusher plants. It supports the requirement of aggregates for all batching plants.

Ali Al Masaad Co. employees more than 1000 employees and its Engineers/Technician are having wide range of experience and technical expertise in building soluations.

The Company started its further expansion by opening construction division and executing various projects of buildings, hotels etc. Ali Al Masaad Co. is supplying Readymix Concrete to various prestigious projects of Royal Commission, Sabic, Aramco, Marafiq, Yasraf, MoT, SEC etc.

The Company produces various type of concrete mixes including High Early Strength Concrete, Low Height Concrete, Self-Compacting Concrete, High Strength Concrete and other ‘Value Added Products’.

Ali Al Masaad Co. operates 8 commercials and 2 on site RMC batch plants strategically distributed throughout the western region of Saudi Arabia and planning to expand to other regions within the kingdom.

The Company has annual turnover of more than 500 million Saudi Riyal and operating in various business unit such as Readymix Concrete, Masonry Blocks, and Concrete products, Crusher Plants, Steel factories, Contracting and Transportation.

In the beginning I am happy in my own name and all employees of the Ali Al Massad company (Abni) to welcome all esteemed customers. You always the focus of our attention as your sincere thanks and gratitude to the continuation of their trust in the continuation of dealing with the company and use their products. You may agree with me that the construction and manufacturing sector in the Saudi Arabia has received support and encouragement from our government under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy honorary King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him

because of its active role in the establishment of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 for all state facilities and the private sector, which reflects the extent of development witnessed by UK industry and the production of basic materials for construction.

Ready MixEach completed project enhances and refines our knowledge to select the right mix, equipment, and placing method to ensure that the serviceable lifetime of concrete structures exceeds the expectations and stretches the imagination of our clients.

Each cubic meter we pour ads to our experience, and we have poured tens of millions of cubic meters to date.

Most of our factories are fully approved by such entities as Saudi ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, the Royal Commission, MOT etc.

As our experience grows, so does our extensive library of concrete recipes, many of which are unique to us. Whatever your concreting needs maybe, we can select or develop the right mix especially for you.

Our ready-mixed concrete product line encompasses all types of concrete blends and technologies, including: regular structural concrete, blinding concrete, high-strength concrete, self-compacting concrete, high Early Strength Concrete, Microsilica concrete, Fly Ash concrete, GGBS Concrete. Screed concrete and lightweight concrete Each one of our factories has its own quality control laboratory, fully equipped and staffed to conduct the routine tests needed to ensure that final product delivered to the customers is in full compliance with contract specification and customer requirements. We use to offer full technical support to our customers.

The company has planned to open fully equipped ‘Central Laboratory’ in Yanbu to conduct all kind of physical, mechanical and chemical tests. We design and produce special mixes as per customer’s requirement and validate the mixes as per structural requirements.

منتجات »أبني« اإلسمنتيه، التي تنتج حجارة مجوفة، وصلبة، ومعزولة، عالية الجودة، وحجارة الرصف المعشقة، وأحجار األرصفة،

والبالط اإلسمنتي.

ونمتلك حاليا مصنعين للحجارة، أحدهما في ينبع، واآلخر في المدينة المنورة؛ وكل مصنع منهما مجهز بموظفيه، ومختبره

الخاص، المجهز إلجراء ما يلزم من اختبارات مراقبة الجودة، وذلك من خالل عمليات آلية بالكامل.

ونقوم بتصنيع القرميد الشريطي، لمواسير الكابالت الكهربائية، وإنتاج الحجارة المصبوغة الملونة، وحجارة الرصف والبالط. ويمكن

تخصيص ألوان وبنية الجدران المزخرفة والحجارة، تلبية لرغبات ومتطلبات العمالء.

وهذه المصانع معتمدة من قبل: شركة أرامكو السعودية، وسابك، والهيئة الملكية، ووزارة النقل، وغيرها من الجهات الحكومية األخرى

المرموقة. كما أنها معتمدة لدى نظام إدارة الجودة.

Concrete Products

Abni concrete products that produces top quality hollow, solid, insulated blocks, interlock pavers, kerbstones, cement tiles etc.

We currently have two block factories in Yanbu and one in Madinah Monawara. With fully automated operations, each factory equipped with its own fully staffed and equipped laboratory to conduct the necessary quality control test. We manufacture cable tiles for the electrical cable duct.

We produce color pigmented blocks, paver and tiles. The colors and texture of decorative walls and blocks can be customized to meet individual preferences and requirements.

The factories are approved by Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Royal Commission, MOT and other prestigious government authorities. It is certified to Quality Management System.

لقد بدأت »أبني« مؤخرا، قطاع اإلنشاء والبناء، والذي يرأسه نائب

الرئيس، ونحن ننفذ مشاريع المباني والفنادق في ينبع. ولدينا قسم للمناقصات، وعروض أسعار

لمشروعات مختلفة.

كما ننفذ المشروع في الوقت المحدد، مهما كانت الصعوبات،

وفاء بالثقة التي منحها لنا العميل، حيث تمتلك الشركة

عددا كبيرا من آالت البناء،

وهكذا؛ فإن »أبني«، باعتبارها مقاوال عاما، قادرة، في أي وقت،

على تقديم أفضل المواد، فضال عن الخبرات الهندسية والفنية،

لتلبية المعايير الدولية الدقيقة، المطلوبة لتنفيذ األعمال الموكلة

لنا، ونتعهد وننفذ جميع الصفقات الكبرى، مثل: األعمال

المدنية، المعمارية، الميكانيكية والكهربائية.

ABNI has recently started construction division and headed by Vice President. We are executing buildings, hotels projects in Yanbu. We have tendering department and quoting various project.

We execute the project on time and whatever responsibility given to us by the client. The Company has large number of construction machinery, equipment and qualified manpower to execute the projects on time.

Abni as a General Contractor is capable, anytime, of calling upon the best of materials as well as engineering and technical expertise to meet the most stringent international standards required for executing the work assigned. We undertake and execute all major trades such as Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical

ل الشركة أربع كسارات حديثة ومتطورة، تشغلتلبية متطلبات المواد الخام، لمصانع الخرسانة

الجاهزة/ الحجارة، حيث توجد لدينا ٣ كسارات في ينبع، والرابعة في رابغ. وكل مصنع مجهز بنظام

أوتوماتيكي بالكامل، وينتج كافة مواد البناء، وفقا لمتطلبات ومواصفات العمالء، كما نستخرج الصخور

من المحاجر، عن طريق التفجير.

وتبلغ الطاقة اإلنتاجية للكسارة ٣.500 طن، من أنواع الحجر المختلفة، في اليوم الواحد. كما تخطط

الشركة، لتوسيع هذا القسم، عن طريق فتح ٣ كسارات أخرى، بالمنطقة.

وتورد شركة »علي آل مسعد«، المنتجات المطلوبة، لمشاريع مختلفة، وهذه الكسارات معتمدة من قبل شركة أرامكو السعودية، والهيئة الملكية، وشركة

بترو رابغ.

Mining

To fulfill the requirement of raw materials for Readymix Concrete/Blocks factories, Company operates four modern and sophisticated crusher plants. We have 3 crusher plants in Yanbu and 1 crusher plant in Rabigh.

Each plant equipped with fully automatic system and producing all kind of aggregates, sands as per specification and customer requirements. We are also, mining rocks from quarry by blasting. The production capacity of crusher plant is 10,000 cubic meters of aggregates per day.

The company plans to expand this division by opening 3 more crushers in the region. We supply aggregates to various projects as well. The crusher plants are approved by Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission and Petro Rabigh.

Steelستيل

تأسس أبني ستيل األعمال الجديدة، الخاصة بهذا القطاع مؤخرا، في منطقة ينبع الصناعية. ويستخدم »أبني ستيل«،

في صناعة الهياكل الهندسية للمشروعات المختلفة.

Steel: its new business unit, was recently established in Yanbu. It was big steel yard in Yanbu Industrial Area. Abni Steel is fabricating the pre-engineering structures to various projects.

األسمنت، صهاريج نقل المياه، وذلك لضمان نقل جميع المواد الخام، الواردة إلى المصانع، من

الشركات األخرى.

ABNI Co. owns one of the largest fleet of carriers for transportation in the region. We cater the need of our factories to supply raw materials by our transportation. We also, provide services to other companies. We have more than 230 trailers, cement bulkers and water tankers.

ومحتويــات نظــام إدارة الجــودة، ويلتزمــون بهــا.

يعــد عمالؤنــا عنصــرا حيويــا بالنســبة لنــا. وســوف نســتعرض األداء وخدمــة العمــالء، مــن خــالل »تقاريــر اســتقصاء رأي العمــالء، لقيــاس مــدى رضــاء العمــالء عــن الخدمــة المقدمــة لدينــا.

ويتــم مراجعــة سياســة الجــودة هــذه، فــي اجتماعــات مراجعــة اإلدارة، لضمــان أنهــا مناســبة لألعمــال الحاليــة للشــركة، والتــزام جميــع الموظفيــن، باالمتثــال للمتطلبــات المحــددة فــي النظــام المحــدد

It is the policy and overall business objective of Ali Al Masaad Co. to provide products & services to the highest quality standard and in compliance with the customer›s specified requirements in a timely manner. It is also the objective of Al Masaad to enhance its reputation and capabilities in order to gain wider recognition in its field of expertise. Total customer satisfaction is only standard acceptable to Ali Al Masaad Co. We will comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. All workforce shall be provided safe working conditions to execute their works.

We will implement and maintain the Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. We are committed to continually improve effectiveness of ‘Quality Management System’ by analyzing customer feedback, internal audit and training etc.

We will develop good working environment within the Company setting an aim for continual improvement of the Company as well as employees.

Our quality management system is described in the Quality Manual. To assure the quality aims of the company we have ensured that all employees understand and adhere to the requirements of this policy and the contents of the Quality Management System.

Our customers are vital to us. We will review performance and our customer service by ‘Customer Survey Reports’ to measure Customer Satisfaction.

As far as raw materials’ suppliers are concerned, we will utilize the only suppliers who provide excellence in materials quality and on time delivery. Suppliers’ performance will be monitored.

It is ensured that this policy is communicated and understood at all levels in the Company. Quality policy is displayed at all prominent locations to increase awareness among employees.

This Quality Policy is reviewed in the Management Review Meetings to ensure that it is suitable to the current business operation to the Company and all employees are committed to comply with the requirements specified in the system.

ورفاهية موظفيها، ويمتد هذا االلتزام إلى ضمان عدم تعريض

عملياتنا لحياة زوارنا، ومجتمعاتنا المحلية التي نعمل فيها، إلى أي

خطر، باإلصابة أو بمرض أو تلف للممتلكات.

ومن ثم، فإننا نضمن االمتثال التام، لجميع لوائح الصحة

This Policy is applicable to all operations and functions of Ali Al Masaad Co. for producing building materials; including those where business activities are taking place off site. It is equally applicable to contractors and suppliers operating in the company’s premises.

Ali Al Masaad Co. for Producing Building Materials is widely regarded as the industry benchmark when it comes to the quality of its final products. To achieve a high quality product, all process and raw materials leading to end product must be of the highest quality.





Quality Control Laboratories & Setupمراقبة الجودة وإعداد المختبرات

Every factory has its own fully equipped and amply staffed quality control laboratory. Each laboratory conducts routine testing to ensure that only the best raw materials are used and the finished product delivered to the Customer is in full compliance with the contractual specifications.

Our technical staff required to take and surpass an internal and external testing and concrete technology course. Only certified Concrete Technicians or Concrete Technologists join the staff.

Factory laboratories are located at the main commercial stations in each location. In addition to providing an extended range of testing, area laboratories conduct statistical analysis of local test results, issue monthly reports to Abni’s management, and render technical assistance to the local commercial and on-site factories.

All reports to the central laboratory. The Central Laboratory Based in Yanbu Industrial Area and directed by ABNI’s QA/QC Manager.

ومختبر مراقبة جودة، مزود بعدد وافر من الموظفين. ويجري كل

مختبر االختبارات الروتينية، للتأكد من استخدام أفضل المواد

الخام فقط، وتسليم المنتج النهائي للعمالء، مع االمتثال التام

للمواصفات التعاقدية.

ولدينا الكوادر الفنية الالزمة لخوض االختبار الداخلي والخارجي،

والدورة التدريبية لتقنيات الخرسانة، والتفوق فيها. وتقع

مختبرات المصنع في المحطات التجارية الرئيسية في كل موقع.

وباإلضافة إلى تقديم مجموعة موسعة من االختبارات؛ تجري

مختبرات المنطقة تحليال إحصائيا لنتائج االختبارات المحلية، وتصدر

تقارير شهرية إلى إدارة شركة »أبني«، وتقدم المساعدة التقنية

للمصانع التجارية، وفي المواقع المحلية.

وترسل جميع التقارير إلى المختبر المركزي، والذي يقع في منطقة

ينبع الصناعية، ويديره مدير ضمان الجودة/ مراقبة الجودة،

بمجموعة »أبني«.

The central laboratory is the administrative authority for the company’s entire inspection and testing program. Responsibilities include the calibration of testing and measuring equipment, qualification and selection of raw material sources, updating of technical libraries, and the technical training and education conducted by the company’s ACI certified technical experts.

Moreover, the central laboratory specializes in the development of new products for special applications, and in the evaluation of newly-introduced materials.

ويعد المختبر المركزي السلطة اإلدارية لبرنامج التفتيش واالختبار

بأكمله في الشركة. وتشمل مسؤولياته معايرة معدات االختبار والقياس والتأهيل،

واختيار مصادر المواد الخام، وتحديث المكتبات التقنية،

والتدريب التقني، والتثقيف الذي يقدمه خبراء فنيون، معتمدون

من معهد الخرسانة األمريكي بالشركة.

عالوة على ذلك؛ فإن المختبر المركزي متخصص في تطوير

منتجات جديدة، للتطبيقات الخاصة، وفي تقييم المواد التي

أدخلت حديثا.
