• Geography doesn’t matter anymore.

• New tools make it easy: Facebook, Ning, Twitter, etc.

• All is worthless if you don’t decide to lead.


Some are stuck.

• Archaic rules.

• Not only avoiding change but fighting against it.

• Fear: what will boss say? Get in trouble?


The Promise:

• Everyone in an organization can lead

• Individuals have more leverage than before

• The market rewards those organizations that change things
