MAKE-UP

Foundation, blusher, blue eye shadow, mascara, red/pink lip colour.

Please be prompt in picking up your child on Thursdays at 7pm as the caretaker

wants to leave. If ever you are late, don’t panic, we will take your child home with us

to the address above not 5 minutes away. We will never leave them alone!

POLITE NOTICE The arrangement we have with Hawthorn school is to arrive at

4.45 (not earlier as staff are still at work) so please could you keep your child in the

car if you arrive early & bring them in at 4.50pm allowing us 5 minutes to set up.

Please also bear in mind that we book Thursdays for rehearsals only. We are not

in a position to supervise children having tea with us! We only give a 10 minute break

& ask you to consider these guidelines as to what to provide to eat.

A drink in a screw top container. (no cans)

ONE small snack (NOT ALL 3) from the following examples:

A piece of fruit or A packet of crisps or A snack bar or plain biscuits

(No chocolate as this affects the singing voice and absolutely NO yoghurt!)

This is better packed in a paper/plastic bag rather than a lunch box-also helping with a

lost property problem! Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter.

SHOW DATE SCHEDULE

VENUE: Cast, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU

DRESS REHEARSAL Saturday morning 11th June-to start 11.15a.m.

Mains arrive 10.15a.m. Rest of cast arrive 11a.m. (Siblings can come at earlier time.)

Pick up time approx..1.40pm

PERFORMANCE 1 (same day) Saturday 11th June 6pm

Mains arrive 4.30 pm. Rest of cast 5.20 pm.

PERFORMANCE 2 Sunday 12th June 2pm.

Mains arrive 12.30 pm. Rest of cast 1.20 pm. Can you please ensure all children are dropped off and collected at correct times.. N.Y.T.

and the theatre are not responsible for children outside these times. Children should not be

left without adult supervision. Thank you.

PLEASE HELP SELL TICKETS. Cast make their decision to grant us dates for our next shows based on ticket sales. Please

help boost sales to show them we have sufficient support so we can put our juniors on either

the 2nd space or the main stage. Our children deserve to perform at Doncaster’s premier

performance venue on a regular basis. Ideas to help boost ticket sales are welcome.
