How to format your Spreadsheet – Order Matters!

Column Heading is optional, but is included in your record count.

Formatting Tips

BU – you may use upper or lower caseInstitutional Category – upper, lower or

mixed case ** Category must be available on CCC

Company Cost Center (DAC) – string of numbers, formatted with space after company with hypens on either side of the function. Must have company and cost center in same column.

Distribution Amount – no decimals, dollar signs and commas are allowed. No negative amounts, unless ICAT is E&G Chargeback.

File Information

Jot down the number of rows in your spreadsheet, including your header row (if applicable)
