If you have an idea, submit it!Or, you can help solve one of the challenges
that will be posted on the website.
1. Admit you’re creative and have something important to contribute.
2. Go to www.bshsi.org/innovation and click on the icon on your desktop to be taken directly to the online portal and click on “submit your idea.” Then check out the Commercialization Process. 3. Familiarize yourself with the Intellectual Property Policy, and what it means for you.
4. Now download the Invention Disclosure Form or IDF.
5. Fill out the IDF with as much detail as possible. If questions arise, contact Wendell MaHan,
Intake Manager at 804-357-1551, or [email protected].
6. Submit your completed IDF through the website.
7. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done!
