Who we are

Booth Smith Food Technology Ltd (BSFT) is an international food technology

consultancy. We have advised on food industry and foodstuffs in the UK and in

over 60 countries worldwide. We provide independent and comprehensive

technical, management, design and advisory services to national and international

companies and investors in the food industry in all food sectors where high

technical standards are paramount.

BSFT has been helping the food industry for over 40 years

BSFT was started by Dr Gordon Booth of the Mars/Pedigree Group who linked up

with Brian Smith to form Booth Smith Food Technology in 1970
