The Differences of Globalization

The differences in communication and transportation are night and day when talking efficency.

In 1930 you were lucky if you could use a telephone let alone call outside of your state. Now 2010 I can call for free through Skype to anywhere in the world for free, computer to computer or just emailing with the Internet.

Transportation is out of this world, literally, compared to 1920-1940.

Travel Adventures I've Had

One the ship, crashes happened here and there. This was one I had to dodge. There was another one that was even crazier.

Japan was our home port and without a doubt the best port. We went to the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, S. Korea, and Thailand. The Japanese people are very unique, in their honor for family, their fascination with foreigners, and their wish to make foreigners feel at home.
