    MJERENJE VIBRACIJA

    Instrumenti za merenje mainskih vibracija

    Merenje mainskih vibracija se sprovodi na mainama, prema stepenu i obimu njihovog

    optereenja u toku rada. Aparat za merenje mainskih vibracija koristi se u razliitim

    industrijama u kojima su teke maine nosioci rada pod velikim optereenjem.

    Na osnovu rezultata dobijenih testiranjem mogu da se predvide eventualna oteenja i

    potronja maina, ime se poveava produktivnost rada tih maina i obezbeuje sigurno radno

    okruenje.

    Testiranjem mainskih vibracija se dobijaju rezultati za:

    Merenje vibracija na putnikim i teretnim brodovimaprema ISO 6954

    Merenje na kotrljajuim leajevima

    Merenje vibracija na vozilima i drugim vibrirajuim strukturama

    The VibroMap 1000 is based on the technique of TV-holography (or ESPI - Electronic Speckle

    Pattern Interferometry). TV-holography is a laser based interferometric technique for full field,

    non contact measurements of object surface vibrations and static deflections. The VibroMap

    1000 system is developed with a unique software which enables accurate measurements with

    a series of display options, including animations. Object size may vary from less than a

    centimeters up to several meters. Amplitudes down to a nanometer can be detected.

    The VibroMap 1000 is an excellent tool when you want to:

    - design your mechanical structure without vibrations and resonances, or

    - design with controlled vibrations and controlled resonances- avoid noise and fatique fracture - test product from a production line

    - evaluate and control your FEM analysis results

    - ensure correct functionality of your designed structure

    ISPITIVANJA ULTRAZVUKOM

    Instrumenti za ultrazvuno merenje

    Koristei naprednu tehnologiju, sva ispitivanja je mogue sprovesti instrumentima zaultrazvuno merenje, koja ne ometaju procese proizvodnje i ne oteuju materijale. Izuzetno

    jednostavni za korienje, instrumenti daju precizne rezultate merenja, na osnovu kojih se moe

    unaprediti celokupan proces rada ili proizvodnje.

    Aparati za ultrazvuno merenje su:

    Merila za ispitivanje nedestruktivnim metodama (NDT)

    Detektori pukotina, merila debljine/premaza

    Ispitivai korozije, EDDY Current-instrumenti, ispitivanje metala (analiza , identifikacija i

    sortiranje), analizator metalnih legura, kamera za vizuelnu inspekciju
