wrote the Declaration of Independence.

• Virginia’s Declaration of Rights influenced Jefferson to write the opening lines on the Declaration of Independence.

• Thomas Jefferson was an inventor.

The Pursuit of Happiness Means

• The phrase Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness came from The Declaration of Independence written by Thomas Jefferson.

• The Pursuit of Happiness means to be equally free and independent.

Where I Get My Education…• I go to Calvine High School• The teachers are cool,

they are also very understanding.

• The students that go here are nice and I get along with most people.

Something I Love To Do• I love to look toward the

future and set goals for myself.

• Many people inspire me and I love to dance.

• My sister is my role model.

• My father is encouraging me to graduate and pushing me toward my future and to pursue my career.

The Best Thing About Me…• I love to cook and

bake.• I always have a

smile on my face. • Also my favorite

thing to do is spend time with my family.

• My favorite activity is shopping.

If I Ran For President…• If I ran for president I

would give everybody a brand new car of the ages 18 and over.

• Also, I would let everyone have the right to talk on their cell phones while driving.

Most Important Individual Right

• The most important individual right is the First Amendment to the Constitution.

• Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Expression, and Freedom of Assembly.

Citizen’s Responsibilities Are… • Obey all government laws that

do not conflict with God’s laws and/or our conscience while disobeying government laws that conflict.

• Taking personal responsibility for completely supporting ourselves so that we never become a burden to either the government or our fellow citizens who support the government.

What We Can Do To Make The World A Better Place…

• Use products that will help in sustaining a healthy planet• By recycling the containers that our products come in and

urging companies to use more Recyclable packaging.• By spreading the ideals of love and peace and the oneness of

humanity• By accepting the diversity of the human species and

acknowleging that we are all brothers and sisters.

My Future

• In 5 years I see myself opening up my own bakery shop.

• After High School I’m going to Culinary School.
