Breaking out of process script patternsIf you are uncomfortablewith your process script, youcan step out of it. Of all thepersonal changes TA makesfeasible, this is one of theeasiest to accomplish. Youneed to begin byestablishing what your ownmain process patterns are.Once you have this insight,you simply take Adultcontrol and behave in waysthat break the pattern.

going ahead and having fun

even before you have

finished all your work.
