VISION

AMRewards™ is a travel agent loyalty program by AMResorts committed to incentivizing and rewarding the travel agent community for its dedicated and continual support of AMResorts and its brands. With the help of the loyal travel agent community, AMResorts has been able to rely on travel agents to serve as its voice to the consumer market. AMRewards aims to not only incentivize agents with bonus commissions, but strives to partner with its dedicated agents by providing them with free nights, co-op marketing materials and more to, in turn, provide an unforgettable vacation experience to consumers.

Through AMRewards, travel agents will be rewarded on a points-based system for their sales. When redeeming their points, travel agents will have four options to choose from: cash, free nights, marketing materials, or gifts for their clients.

Booking Bonuses: Travel agents can choose the cash option and their bonus commissions will be automatically deposited into a personalized debit card that they will receive after completing registration for the program.

Free Nights For You: If free nights are chosen, the agent will have options based on the amount of points they have and also based on the resort and room category that was booked for their client.

Marketing Materials: Co-branded marketing materials will be available for redemption. This includes banner displays and point of purchase displays with both the AMResorts logo and the travel agents logo on them.

Gifts For Your Clients: Spoil your clients by redeeming points to treat them to a spa treatment, romantic dinner for two or a champagne breakfast in bed while on their unforgettable getaway.

OUR TRAVEL AGENTS

AMResorts is dedicated to educating, incentivizing and rewarding its loyal travel agent community. Travel Agents wishing to become involved with AMResorts and sell AMResorts properties should be travel agents who focus in selling luxury vacations in Mexico and the Caribbean.

MASTER AGENTS STATUS

Certified AMResorts Master Agents will have exclusive access to richer incentives and offers through AMRewards™. To become a Master Agent, travel agents should take the online Master Agent Program at AMRAgents.com. This online educational course provides travel agents with all the necessary information to become AMResorts experts. Upon completion of the Master Agent Course, travel agents will be certified, gain elite status and have access to exclusive Master Agent rates and day pass access to AMResorts properties.

LOGO USAGE

The logo lockup is the primary identifier of the AMRewards™ program and should be used on all materials to ensure brand recognition and consistency.

Never redraw, replace or modify the lettering in any way or rearrange the relationship between the icon and the tagline. Use the AMRewards logo in its complete form — never use a partial image or show just pieces.

In every application there is a required minimum clear space around the logos. The clear space is equal to the letter “A” in the word “AMRewards™” in every use. The primary logo should be used when creating all pieces related to the AMRewards.

The logo should receive prominent placement and remain separate from other graphic elements. Some special projects may require the logo to be smaller in size. In such cases, the logo must still be legible, and cannot be smaller than .85” Wide.

The AMRewards™ icon and logotype should not be altered in any way including extending, condensign, adding borders, outlining or attaching additional graphic elements or text.

USE OF THE TAGLINE: MAIN TAGLINE

The main tagline is the only tagline permitted to be used with the primary and alternate logos for AMRewards™. The logo with tagline should be used together and never redrawn or seperated from each other. If space or dimensions restrict the usage and/or visibility of the logo you may use the version without the tagline.

USE OF THE TAGLINE: SECONDARY TAGLINE

The secondary tagline is used mainly in the copy of any creative piece. It may also be used in headlines, subheadlines and CTA copy. Depending on the piece and the amount of colors allowed there is flexibility with the secondary tagline and formatting.

Never use the secondary tagline in place of the main tagline or vice versa. When using the main tagline it should always be from the Illustrator vector file and never typed out manually. The secondary tagline can be typed out manually but must follow the formatting guidelines.

TYPOGRAPHY

Two typefaces have been chosen to represent the AMRewards™ brand: Gill Sans MT Pro and Bryant.

Gill Sans is used primarily in body copy, sub headlines and call to actions. Bryant is primarily used for calling emphasis and headlines. Bryant is the sole font used in the AMRewards logotype as well as the main tagline and should not be altered in any way.

When using body copy in creative there is flexibility for varying type sizes. The recommended size for body copy is 8-10pts with 10-12pts of leading respectively.
