The main drive allows infinitely variable adjustment for an optimal braiding speed, and precise smooth star- ting and stopping of the machine. The design of the bobbin carrier assures the quality of the braided product according to DIN and SAE stan- dards. Wear resistant materials and automatic central lubrication result in high efficiency, low wear and tear, and long braider life. The caterpillar features sensitive tension control and in- finitely variable speed adjustments. An optional sound enclosure guarantees a noise level of 80 dB(A), and it’s integrated safety interlocks prevent the door from being opened until the braider head has completely stopped.
